Waldorf Technology Center

The Waldorf Technology Center is a 64-acre, mixed-use development that accommodates a 98-suite Residence Inn and a 35,000-square-foot flex building. An additional 20,000-square-foot medical office building is proposed, as well as a 250-unit apartment complex, which is a permitted use in the MX Zone where Waldorf Technology Center is situated. Waldorf Technology Center has shovel-ready sites available for development, ranging from two to eight acres.
