Business Growth Advantage Program (BGAP) 360

The Business, Expansion, and Innovation Track focuses on small businesses across various industries seeking growth, innovation, and improved marketing strategies. 24 businesses, all graduates of the original BGAP program, were selected to participate based on their expressed commitment to implementing strategies for growth and transformation.

Participants work with a team of 10 highly experienced trainers and mentors, including leading organizations such as Will Holmes Consulting, Pause & Ponder, Inc., TKS Management Group LLC, Infinite Horizons, Inc., Global Innovation Strategies, LLADAR Services, LLC, Sage Services Group LLC, and ILC Consulting LLC. Together, this team will guide participants through comprehensive modules covering business innovation, strategic growth planning, operational efficiency, marketing, and market expansion.

The program aims to empower participants to develop innovative business models, enhance operational efficiencies, and strengthen their competitive edge.

The X Quay Accelerator Track supports 20 small businesses in scaling their operations and driving strategic growth. Facilitated by WEVE Acceleration Inc., doing business as Cela, this track provides advanced training, mentorship, and collaborative opportunities tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant.

Participants in the BGAP 360 X Quay Accelerator benefit from specialized workshops, mentorship programs, and strategic partnerships tailored to their unique industry needs. The X Quay Accelerator emphasizes product innovation, operational excellence, and market expansion, enabling participants to solidify their market presence and achieve long-term sustainability. Dedicated to the salon and spa industry, this track is led by Tina Chestnut, founder of The Ardent Factory, and a renowned expert in salon and spa management consulting. Participants focus on building robust business systems, creating independent teams, and transitioning from hands-on roles to strategic leadership. This track provides a comprehensive approach to tackling industry-specific challenges while implementing best practices to achieve sustained profitability and growth.
