Waldorf Station is a 145-acre mixed-use project in Waldorf, Maryland, at the intersection of U.S. Route 301 and Maryland Route 5. This transformative project is being developed by the Greenberg Gibbons company and is planned for a mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly community in a town center environment. The development will include retail, food and beverage, entertainment, residential, and office elements in a walkable configuration.
