Berry Pointe

St. John Properties broke ground on September 28, 2024, for Berry Pointe Business Park, located on Berry Road (MD 228) at Sun Valley Drive in Waldorf, Maryland.

The project is set to become the largest office, flex, R&D, and retail development project in Charles County's history. Berry Pointe will feature 61,800 square feet of office space, 551,520 square feet of flexible R&D space, and 37,850 square feet of supporting retail. Once completed, the development is expected to generate over 2,100 jobs. Berry Pointe is designed to meet the evolving needs of industries across sectors such as technology, light industrial, and administrative services, creating employment opportunities and strengthening the county's workforce.
