PUBLIC NOTICE
THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND has been petitioned by Woodville Pines, c/o George and Mike White requesting Special Exception use approval from the Board of Appeals for a Social, Fraternal Club & Lodges, Union Hall, Meeting Hall & similar uses, Use #4.01.400 as provided in Article XIII, Section 297-212, Article XXV, Section 297-415 of the Charles County Zoning Ordinance. The project site, designated as Tax Map 37, Grid 21, Parcel 84, Lot 7, consists of approximately twenty-two (22) acres and is in the Agricultural Conservation (AC) zone. The address of the subject property is 17012 Prince Frederick Road, Hughesville, Maryland.
The Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.. The meeting will be held remotely via video teleconference. Persons with questions or wanting more information regarding this hearing may call 301-645-0632 for further information. The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
