LEGAL NOTICE
Application has been made to the undersigned by Mei D. Chen, 228 Market & Liquor, LLC, t/a 228 Market & Liquor, 10965 Berry Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20603, for a transfer of the Class A – Beer, Wine & Liquor (off sale only) Package Goods alcoholic beverage license at the place therein described.
This application is made in accordance with the Alcoholic Beverages Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and this is to hereby give notice to the public that a virtual hearing will be held before the Board of License Commissioners for Charles County, Maryland, on the application to determine whether the license shall or shall not be granted on the 20th day of August, 2020 at 10:00 A.M.
This application contemplates a substitution of officer, with the applicant replacing Hsu Dong Chen as the sole member of 228 Market & Liquor, LLC t/a 228 Market & Liquor, 10965 Berry Road, Waldorf, Maryland, 20603.
Any person objecting to the issuance of this license, shall register to make known his objections at the virtual hearing of the Board of License Commissioners, by contacting Lisa Bailey at 301-645-0555 or at BaileyL@CharlesCountyMD.gov on or before Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
