At this time our water aerobics classes are limited to 20 participants and spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please visit our COVID-19 Response page to learn about the new policies in place at La Plata Outdoor Pool.
Water Aerobics classes are low impact with an emphasis on stretching, cardiovascular, and resistance exercises. Participants should be comfortable in the water. Class times are subject to change without notice depending on instructor/pool availability
