Participate in Charles County Recreation, Parks, and Tourism’s first Virtual Duathlon this summer and connect remotely with other families within Charles County! Each age will bike and run various specified distances according to their age. Create your own course within your neighborhood, the Indian Head Rail Trail, one of the County’s various walker/bike paths, or on your own stationary bike and treadmill! Share your training sessions and race day photos on one of our Social Media platforms and engage with others registered for the event! The Virtual Duathlon will be held Saturday, August 8. Inclement weather makeup date: Sunday, August 9. Participants will receive a race bib, race T-Shirt, and finishers medal. Pick up of race day materials will take place Saturday, August 1 between 8am-4pm. Race day materials pick up location: Port Tobacco Recreation Center, 8190 Port Tobacco Road, Port Tobacco, MD 20677. Must register by July 15 to receive race day materials August 1.
