LEGAL NOTICE
Application has been made to the undersigned by Asimina Gressis, Ouzo's Greek & Regional Cuisine, Inc., t/a Galazio Restaurant, 6223 Crain Highway, La Plata, Maryland 20646, who holds a Class B/RB (Restaurant/Bar) Beer, Wine & Liquor (on sale only) alcoholic beverage license, to redefine their licensed premises to allow for outside consumption of alcoholic beverages at the place therein described.
This application is made in accordance with the Alcoholic Beverages Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and this is to hereby give notice to the public that a hearing will be held before the Board of License Commissioners for Charles County, Maryland, on the application to determine whether the license shall or shall not be amended on the 9th day of July, 2020, at l 0:00 A.M. at the County Commissioners' Meeting Room, Charles County Government Building, La Plata, Maryland.
Any person objecting to redefinition of the licensed premises to allow for outside consumption of alcoholic beverages at the place herein described shall make known his objections to the Board of License Commissioners at the time of the above hearing.
