The Waldorf Station Development Agreement identifies the respective obligations of the County and the Developer for the proposed development, including environmental permitting, road improvements, and the staging of the development to ensure balance of commercial and residential construction through development completion. The proposed Agreement will be posted to the County’s Boarddocs website at http://www.boarddocs.com/md/chrlsco/Board.nsf/Public. Pursuant to 297-502, the County Commissioners shall hold a Public Hearing before the Agreement may be executed.
