Charles County residents are invited to participate in an upcoming community meeting on Wednesday, February 25, at the Waldorf Senior & Recreational Center from 6-7 p.m. for an overview of the planned enhancements at White Plains Regional Park, including outdoor basketball courts, additional parking, and modifications to the golf course driving range.
