THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND has been petitioned by Anthony V. and Shona L. Grimes, requesting a Variance to allow a 6.6’ reduction to the rear 10’ deck building restriction line (BRL) from the Board of Appeals. The subject property is located at 2001 Rosewood Drive in Waldorf, Maryland and is designated as Tax Map 7, Grid 4, Parcel 402. Lot 7 is approximately 7,669 square feet in size and is entirely in the Medium Density Suburban Residential (RM) Zone
The Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. The Public Hearing will be held as a “Hybrid meeting,” with limited in-person attendance. For those attending in person, the Public Hearing will be held in the Government Building Conference Room (“Blue Room”). Those wishing to join virtually may via video conference. Those wanting more information may call 301-645-0692. The Public Hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
