If a business, group, or organization seeks to participate in the Adopt-A-Spot (AAS) Program, it must be compliant with Maryland regulations and in good standing. The County adopts and utilizes standards that are consistent with the State of Maryland, so if a business is not in good standing with the State, it is not eligible to participate in the AAS Program.
