The purpose of the Police Accountability Board is to receive complaints of police misconduct involving a member of the public and a police officer. The Board holds meetings, not less than quarterly, with heads of law enforcement agencies and otherwise works with law enforcement agencies and the county government to improve matters of policing.
This meeting of the Police Accountability Board will be to consider draft rules of procedure for the Board, by-laws and to consider appointments to the Administrative Charging Committee (a portion of this item may be conducted in closed session pursuant to GP. 3-305(b)(1).
