The primary purpose of this Board is to help resolve conflicts between property owners and their governing Homeowner's Associations. As Outlined in Bill 2004-05, (adopted 5/16/05)the Board is authorized to address only certain types of conflicts.
Initial terms are staggered as follows: Three 3-year terms, two 2-year terms, two 1-year terms.
