DESCRIPTION:<p align="left">The County Administrator wishes to remind residents of changes to operating schedules for the month of May:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><b>Monday, May 31 (Memorial Day)</b></p><ul>    <li>All Charles County Government offices and the Tri-County Animal Shelter in Hughesville will be closed.</li>    <li>Curbside recycling and yard waste collection will be delayed one day for the entire week, Tuesday, June 1 through Saturday, June 5.</li>    <li>VanGO services will not be operating.</li>    <li>The Nanjemoy Community Center, senior centers, Port Tobacco Recreation Center, Elite Gymnastics and Recreation Center, and all school-based community centers are closed.</li>    <li>Waldorf Senior and Recreational Center will be closed.</li>    <li>The Charles County Landfill and Recycling Center, Pisgah, Gilbert Run, and Breeze Farm Recycling Centers and the Piney Church Road Mulch Facility are closed.</li>    <li>Lackey, and Donald M.
