Application has been made to the undersigned by Warren A. Yates, Jr., Warren A. Yates III, Capt. John's Crab House & Marina, Inc., t/a Captain John's Crab House & Marina, 16215 Cobb Island Road, Newburg, Maryland 20664, who holds a Class D - Beer, Wine & Liquor (on/off sale) alcoholic beverage license, to redefine their licensed premises to allow for an expansion of their previously approved outside area, at the place therein described.
This application is made in accordance with the Alcoholic Beverages Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and this is to hereby give notice to the public that a hearing will be held before the Board of License Commissioners for Charles County, Maryland, on the application to determine whether the license shall or shall not be amended on the 10th day of September, 2020, at 10:00 A.M. at the County Commissioners' Meeting Room, Charles County Government Building, 200 Baltimore Street, La Plata, Maryland 20646. Any person objecting to the redefinition of the licensed premises to allow for expansion of the outside area for consumption of alcoholic beverages at the place herein described, shall make known his objections to the Board of License Commissioners at the time of the above hearing.
