THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND has been petitioned by Jason and Lauren Goff requesting a Variance to Section 297-132.G(8) and Appendix L, Zoning Ordinance to allow 27.2% lot coverage within the Swan Point Buffer Modification Area from the Board of Appeals. The subject property is located at 11480 Mohawk Court in Issue, Maryland, and is designated as Parcel 140, within Grid 14, on Tax Map 86, in the Medium Density Suburban Residential (RM) Zone and Limited Development Zone (LDZ) overlay of the Critical Area.
The Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.. The meeting will be held remotely via video teleconference. Persons with questions or wanting more information regarding this hearing may call 301-645-0632 for further information. The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
The submittal documents for Docket #1422, filed on May 18, 2020 and Staff Report will be available for inspection on or after July 20, 2020 in the Planning Division, Planning and Growth Management Department, Charles County Government Building, La Plata, Maryland or online at: http://www.boarddocs.com/md/chrlsco/Board.nsf/Public
